Terms and Conditions

1. Account Requirements

You must verify your phone number and email before browsing rental details, creating listings, requesting bookings, or contacting owners through the platform. You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and secure.

2. Rental Listings

Owners must submit truthful property information, live GPS capture, listing photos, and a live video proof. Every listing is subject to admin review before it can appear publicly. Spacious Nepal may reject, pause, suspend, or remove listings that are inaccurate, unsafe, duplicate, fraudulent, illegal, or otherwise harmful.

3. Owner Verification

Owners may be required to submit government ID information and a selfie video. Submitting verification materials does not guarantee approval. Owners must have the right to rent or advertise the property they list.

4. Booking Requests and Contact Reveal

Clients can have only one active booking request at a time. Owner phone contact is hidden until the owner accepts the booking request. A client cancellation button may be unavailable for the first hour after a request is created.

5. No Payment Handling in V1

Spacious Nepal does not process rent, deposits, advances, broker fees, refunds, or online payments in this release. Any offline agreement or payment between users is their own responsibility.

6. User Conduct

You must not post false listings, impersonate another person, misuse someone else's documents, scrape the service, harass users, upload harmful content, attempt to bypass review, or use Spacious Nepal for illegal activity.

7. Reports, Suspension, and Enforcement

Users can report listings, accounts, and booking issues. Spacious Nepal may investigate reports, limit features, suspend accounts, remove content, or preserve information when needed for safety, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or platform integrity.

8. Location Information

The app uses GPS and map services to help users find and verify rentals. Exact location may be visible to verified logged-in clients. Owners should only submit a pin for property they are authorized to list.

9. Third-Party Services

Spacious Nepal may use third-party providers for SMS OTP, email delivery, maps, hosting, analytics, app distribution, and future notification features. Those providers may process limited data needed to deliver their services.

10. No Guarantee

Spacious Nepal aims to improve rental trust through verification and admin review, but does not guarantee property availability, legal ownership, rental outcome, user behavior, or the accuracy of every listing. Users should inspect properties and make careful decisions before paying or moving.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the product changes. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
