What We Delete

We will delete or anonymize your account profile, phone/email identifiers where possible, saved listings, notification tokens, and inactive personal records that are no longer needed.

What May Be Retained

We may retain limited booking, listing, report, verification, audit, fraud prevention, security, tax, legal, or dispute records when necessary. Public or approved listing content may be removed, paused, or anonymized depending on the status of related bookings and reports.

Timeline

We aim to process deletion requests within 30 days after verifying account ownership. Some backup copies may remain for a limited time before automatic rotation.
