1. Information We Collect

We collect account information such as phone number, email address, display name, role, verification status, and login/session data. Owners may submit government ID images, selfie video, listing photos, listing video, GPS coordinates, address, rental details, price, amenities, and availability information. Clients may submit search filters, saved listings, booking requests, reports, and support details.

2. Location Data

The app uses location data for nearby search, map browsing, and listing GPS proof. Owners submit live GPS during listing creation. Verified logged-in users may see exact listing location and address according to the product rules.

3. Media and Documents

Photos, videos, and owner verification documents are stored on Spacious Nepal's VPS media storage. Owner ID materials are used for admin review, fraud prevention, safety, and compliance. Users should not upload documents or media they are not authorized to share.

4. How We Use Information

We use information to verify accounts, send OTP and email codes, review owners and listings, show rental search results, process booking requests, reveal contact after owner acceptance, handle reports, prevent fraud, improve safety, maintain the service, and comply with legal obligations.

5. Sharing Information

We may share limited information with other users when needed for the marketplace. For example, approved listing details and exact location may be visible to verified clients, and owner phone may appear after booking acceptance. We may also share data with service providers for SMS, email, maps, hosting, security, and app operations.

6. Security

We use authentication, admin access controls, signed media upload URLs, HTTPS, and server-side review flows. No system is perfectly secure, so users should avoid sharing unnecessary sensitive information in listings or reports.

7. Retention

We keep account, listing, booking, report, verification, and media records as long as needed for marketplace operation, safety, fraud prevention, dispute handling, legal compliance, and backups. Deleted accounts may retain limited records where required for safety, audit, or legal reasons.

8. Your Choices

You can request correction or deletion of your account information. You can also pause or remove listings where available in the app. For deletion instructions, visit Account Deletion.

9. Children

Spacious Nepal is not intended for children. Users should be old enough to enter rental discussions and provide valid account information under applicable law.

10. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy when the app, providers, or legal requirements change. The updated date will show at the top of this page.
